If you are booking an appointment for the South Florida area, you must provide your FPL Usage of Energy. This information can be found by logging into your FPL online account and following the steps below (If you need further assistance, please give us a call at 754-245-0521):

• Login to www.FPL.com

• Select the "My Account" tab

• Select "Energy Dashboard" tab

• Hover your mouse over the "Month Bar" and write down the kWh for the last 12 months

 

You will need to provide this number for the last twelve months on your booking form.
